The 3rd Annual Student Council International Lunch Day was held on Friday, May 24. This voluntary pot-luck event is designed to celebrate each student’s cultural origin or highlight any favorite international food. Anyone who brought a dish to share could participate. The buffet table included egg tarts, spanakopita, gato encerrado, dumplings, fried rice, cioppino, noodles, pink drink, ice tea, doughnuts, fruit salad, egg rolls, bbq pork bao, cucumber salad, sausage, mexican concha pastry, and a whole lot more dishes! Everyone enjoyed their usual favorites and most students used the opportunity to try something new.
